An Alpheus engineer can perform simple trouble shooting or maintenance tasks that do not require tools or equipment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Two Levels of Service:Remote Hands can be provided "usage-based" or on a "subscription" basis. Subscription services are billed at a savings over usage-based, hourly rates.
