Senior Account Manager Aimee A. is a liaison and passionate advocate for our customers, and is confident in the quality of our service offerings and her team members who support them. Aimee says, "I can provide excellent customer service because I understand my customers' needs and their timeframes. My experience and ability to see the 'big picture' also enable me to understand both our processes and those of the outside partners who are integral to our services. This gives me a unique advantage over the competition."

 

Aimee serves as an example to all team members with a positive attitude and a desire to ensure her customers are satisfied. Originally from Nevada, Aimee came to Texas in 1994 and has never looked back. She is a graduate of The University of North Texas and lives in the Houston area with her husband and two children.

 

 

Patrice R.

Senior Provisioning Analyst Patrice R. serves as the link between our customers, internal staff and outside business partners to ensure hassle free and timely provisioning of network services.  Patrice says,  "I take great pride in my ability to accurately design, validate and provision circuits for our customers.  When clarification is necessary to expedite or complete an installation I pick up the phone and call the customer or outside vendor rather than pass on the responsibility." 


Patrice's industry experience, initiative and attention to detail make her a valuable member of Alpheus' service delivery team.  Patrice is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana.  She moved to the Houston area in 1992 and lives here with her husband and children.
